Application Procedures

  • Complete the student application form. All applications must be notarized. Notaries are available in the Academy and Preschool offices.

  • Complete and return the financial commitment form.

  • Distribute the reference forms to your child's present school and to individuals providing a personal reference. These forms will be mailed directly to TCA (Academy only).

  • Submit copies of your child's report cards (last 2 years) and any standardized test results (FCAT, Iowa, SAT, etc).

  • Submit a copy of your child's birth certificate.

  • Submit a copy of your child's social security card.

  • Submit the Physical Exam (DH 3040) and Immunization Record (DH 680) forms provided by your child's doctor.

  • Attach the $50.00 application fee. This fee is per student, covers the processing of the application, and is nonrefundable.

  • Preschool Only - Program Fee is $40.00.

Once the above information has been received, TCA will review the entire application and contact you as to the status of your application. Students being considered for acceptance into the Academy will be interviewed and may be tested for placement purposes.

Students accepted into the Academy will be notified in writing by the Admissions Department.

International Students

Trinity Christian Academy does not provide housing for international students. International students who have been accepted at Trinity and require housing should contact an organization which specializes in providing international student housing. Some of these are:

Mission Education International (MEI)

Forte International Exchange Assoc. (FIEA)

American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS)

Registration Fees

A registration fee is charged annually to each family. The registration fee is non-refundable. Accepted students will be enrolled upon payment of the registration fee.

Student Fees

The student fee includes tuition, the use of textbooks, and a yearbook. Fees are based on a 36 week school year. You are not being charged when school is not in session.

The discounted annual payment is due on or before August 1st and can be made in cash, check or credit card.

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month and begin on August 1st. We can offer a payment book, directly debit your account or accept online banking payments. Accounts not paid by the 10th of the month will be assessed a $30.00 late fee. If an account remains unpaid, your student will not be admitted to the classroom. Report cards and transcripts will not be released until an account is paid in full. Unpaid accounts are referred to a collection service.

A returned check fee of $30.00 will be assessed when checks are returned by the bank for any reason. A second returned check will result in TCA requiring payments being made in cash, money order or cashier's check.

A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged after 6:00pm as this constitutes late pick-up.
