Student Fees

The student fee includes tuition, the use of textbooks, and a yearbook. Fees are based on a 36 week school year. You are not being charged when school is not in session.

The discounted annual payment is due on or before August 1st and can be made in cash, check or credit card.

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month and begin on August 1st. We can offer a payment book, directly debit your account or accept online banking payments. Accounts not paid by the 10th of the month will be assessed a $30.00 late fee. If an account remains unpaid, your student will not be admitted to the classroom. Report cards and transcripts will not be released until an account is paid in full. Unpaid accounts are referred to a collection service.

A returned check fee of $30.00 will be assessed when checks are returned by the bank for any reason. A second returned check will result in TCA requiring payments being made in cash, money order or cashier's check.

A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged after 6:00pm as this constitutes late pick-up.
